Tracy Moran

Associate Attorney

Tracy is an experienced commercial litigation attorney whose practice spans from partnership disputes to intellectual property with stops in creditor’s rights, insurance law and appellate law along the way. 

She regularly represents clients in partnership disputes; disputes between commercial landlords, tenants, and guarantors, and construction matters.

Tracy started her career as law clerk for the Honorable Stephen Rhodes of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and since then joined the Boston office of Day Pitney, LLC.  She has worked in firms of varying sizes and in house for a family-owned property management company.  She has practiced in the Superior Courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Michigan, including the Business Court in Rhode Island. She has further experience in the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in Massachusetts and Michigan and has worked on appeals before the First and Sixth Circuits and the Supreme Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
